About Us: 

Transparent Homeless Data equips municipalities with policies and strategies that reduce the length and breadth of street homelessness. We do this first through understanding, and then through offering step by step strategies to incrementally improve programs while prioritizing the health of the community.

Our goal is to significantly reduce street homelessness in the municipalities we serve and pioneer innovative solutions to appropriately serve each of the groups lumped into the amalgam of “homelessness” in the United States of America.

We are attracting a tribe of like minded individuals intent on adding value, first to the markets we serve, and ultimately to materially improve the tides across US social services.

Job Description:

  • General administrative support including:
    • general office management tasks, 
    • HR and personnel support, 
    • accounting and bookkeeping support, 
    • keeping  files organized and managed, 
    • scheduling meetings / calendar coordination,
    • general dissemination of information including note taking and reporting.
    • editing and proofreading, 
    • graphic design and presentation preparation tasks. 
  • Collaborate with staff across the country.
  • Provide relevant support to other team members working in support roles.

Preferred Candidates will readily demonstrate: 

  • Proven success in staying organized and helping others stay organized 
  • A clear understanding of best practices for office management
  • Tolerance for working for creative minded, start up entrepreneurs in a dynamic and sometimes chaotic environment
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field – please describe this fully.

Additional Information

The State of Texas is at employment at will state.  Any job offer and acceptance is an at will contract between Transparent Homeless Data and you as an individual employee; and can be terminated at any time for any reason.  There is no contractual obligation now or in the future, expressed or implied, of future or continued employment.  

The first 90 days of your employment will be under a probationary period. During this period, both the organization and you will determine whether you can perform the requirements of the job you have been assigned. Near the end of this probation, we will assess your performance in the form of a standard review.
